Every BFX build is backed by real support — not a faceless policy.
3-Month On-Site Warranty
Every Build Factory X system comes with 3 months of direct on-site support from the date of delivery. During this period, if your system experiences any hardware failure caused by our build process, I will personally visit and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
Lifetime Technical Assistance
Beyond the 3-month window, you receive lifetime technical assistancevia WhatsApp, phone, and email. Got a driver issue, a Windows problem, or just need advice on an upgrade? I'm always reachable.
Component Manufacturer Warranties
Individual components in your system carry their own manufacturer warranties. Since these vary greatly depending on the brand and specific component type, exact durations are not listed here. You will receive all original component invoices with your build, enabling you to claim these warranties directly from the manufacturers if needed after the BFX on-site coverage period.
What Voids the BFX Warranty:
- Unauthorized disassembly or modification of any internal component.
- Physical damage due to drops, liquid spills, or environmental exposure.
- Damage caused by power surges without a UPS/surge protector.
- Overclocking beyond safe manufacturer-rated limits causing hardware failure.
- Tampering with BIOS settings that were set during our build process.
Accessories & Peripherals
Accessories (keyboards, mice, monitors, chairs, etc.) sold through Build Factory X are covered by their respective brand warranties. Please retain your purchase invoice and contact the manufacturer's service centre for warranty claims. I'll assist you in the process wherever possible.
