Build & Dispatch Timeline
All systems are hand-built to order. After your payment is confirmed and components are procured, the typical build-to-dispatch timeline is:
Build & Testing
3 – 7 Business Days
Assembly, cable management, BIOS tuning & stress testing.
Packaging
1 – 2 Business Days
Careful foam padding and double-boxing for safe transit.
Delivery
3 – 5 Business Days
Shipped via a trusted courier with tracking.
Total estimated delivery time: 7 – 14 business days from order confirmation. I will call you on the mobile number provided before dispatch.
Shipping Locations
Build Factory X currently ships across India to all major cities and most PIN codes. If you have concerns about delivery to your specific location, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are 100% free all over India for all orders, including custom PC builds, prebuilt rigs, and accessories. There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges.
Pre-Dispatch Verification Call
Before every build is shipped, I personally call you to confirm your delivery address, share the order summary, and answer any last questions. This ensures there are no surprises at delivery.
Partner Packaging & Fulfillment
To ensure the fastest possible delivery times, curated accessories ordered on our platform may be fulfilled directly through our logistics and supply partners (such as Amazon or Flipkart). Because of this, accessories may arrive in branded partner packaging. This is standard practice and does not affect your official BFX purchase verification or hardware support status.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect yourself and to be eligible for any transit damage claims, you must record a continuous, uninterrupted unboxing video when receiving your order. Damage claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed under our refund or warranty policy.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can also use the My Orders page on our site to view your order status in real time.
