Refund Policy

Understanding my cancellation and hardware replacement terms.

Order Cancellations

Due to the highly customized nature of my builds, orders become strictly non-refundable once component procurement has started or the assembly process has commenced. Refunds are only permissible if the cancellation request is received and acknowledged before procurement begins.

Transit Damage

Any physical damage sustained during transit must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery. Customers are required to provide continuous unboxing video proof to be eligible for a replacement or damage resolution.

Strictly Non-Refundable Cases:

Build Factory X will not accept returns, issue refunds, or replace components under the following conditions:

  • Systems subjected to manual mishandling, unauthorized disassembly, or improper modifications.
  • Any form of liquid damage, environmental damage, or pest-induced failures.
  • Components damaged due to extreme overclocking beyond manufacturer limits.

Post-Delivery Support

I stand by my builds. Your purchase includes 3 months of on-site warranty support and lifetime technical assistance via my channels. Beyond my 3-month on-site coverage window, standard hardware failures must be claimed directly via the respective component manufacturers (OEMs) using the provided original invoices.
