Quotation Basis

All custom PC configurations submitted through my website are requests for quotation, not confirmed orders. Final pricing and exact specifications will be confirmed by me via direct contact before any payment is processed.

Customer Details

Users must provide accurate contact details (Name, Email, and Phone Number) to ensure seamless communication regarding build requirements, quotes, and delivery updates.

Component Availability

The PC hardware market is highly volatile. Build Factory X reserves the right to modify or suggest alternative component selections based on current market availability. Any changes will be strictly communicated and approved by the customer prior to billing.

AI Assistant & Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Build Factory X provides an interactive AI Assistant on our platform to help you navigate products, retrieve specifications, configure PC hardware, and fill details. To ensure equal access and protect our systems:

• Usage Limits: Each device is limited to a maximum of 5 queries every 3 minutes.
• FUP Policy: Due to high request volumes and computational limitations, if you exceed the limit, a 3-minute cooldown timer will be enforced. Please understand that all users need to use our assistant, and this FUP guarantees fair distribution of resources.
• Allowed Usage: The assistant is programmed strictly to help with BFX services, prebuilt options, and hardware recommendations. Attempts to abuse the AI, execute injections, write program code, or ask off-scope questions are blocked and constitute a violation of our terms.

Accessories Sourcing & Pricing Policy

Build Factory X hand-picks and curates top-rated PC accessories from various trusted platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, and authorized local distributors) based on honest performance reviews and hardware quality, with no paid promotions.

• Pricing Structure: To cover payment gateway transaction processing fees (Razorpay live integration), order handling, curation efforts, and BFX technical support, the prices on our platform are slightly higher than those listed on external retail platforms (typically ₹50 to ₹90 above raw retail cost).
• Fulfillment & Invoices: Due to our curated dropshipping fulfillment model, you may receive packages directly from our supply partners (such as Amazon or Flipkart). The invoice enclosed within the package might reflect their lower base retail price. By completing your purchase on Build Factory X, you acknowledge and agree to this pricing difference.
• Customer Freedom: We believe in complete transparency with our loyal customers. You are always welcome to purchase through Build Factory X to support our platform and get unified BFX hardware support, or you may search and buy these items directly from Amazon or Flipkart yourselves if you prefer the lowest possible price.

Warranty Exclusions

My comprehensive warranty is strictly limited to hardware failure under normal operating conditions. The warranty does NOT cover:

• Manual or physical damage (e.g., dropped components, forcefully bent CPU pins, improper cable management by the user).
• Liquid damage of any kind (e.g., water spills, custom water-cooling leaks applied post-delivery).
• Damage caused by power surges or unstable electrical delivery at the user's premises.
